Warning Codes are set by the individual client, specific to the needs of their practice. These warnings then act as "pop-up" messages to relay important information about the patient to any staff member having access to the patient's records in the software. Through the use of warning codes, people throughout your practice can be alerted to important details regarding the patient. For example, a patient with a bad debt account calls the operator and a warning code telling the operator about the bad debt will give notification not to schedule this patient. A cash only account can be identified as such immediately. The likely hood of dismissed patients being scheduled for appointments will diminish. All warnings pertaining to the patient appear on a single screen allowing you to quickly and efficiently get any messages necessary to any employee with access to that patient account. Giving you complete control over the codes in your system is just one more way that we are working to make your job simpler.
