Superbills are custom designed with our clients in mind. Officeware utilizes an excel spreadsheet as the basic template. With our Superbills being custom designed we give you the option of having multiple Superbills for your practice. Each physician can have a different superbill set-up within Officeware. Superbills can be adapted to your practice needs. As your needs change, so does the superbill. With Superbills being generated from the system there is no need to purchase preprinted forms.

Statements

Officeware gives clients the option for patient versus family billing. All statements are generated directly from the software once again eliminating the need for pre-printed forms. Your patients will receive a detailed, easy to read and understand statement showing line item postings and payments. Our statements have been shown time after time to reduce the number of patient phone calls and increase patient payments. Dunning messages as well as individual patient messages can also be added to the statements.
