The Officeware Scheduler has the capability to allow the scheduling of an unlimited number of resources (provider, room, equipment), at an unlimited number of locations, with an unlimited number of appointment types.

The scheduler also allows time periods to be blocked from scheduling and notifies users if a time period is overbooked. Patient appointments can be quickly and easily located through the scheduler search feature. Cancellations and the reasons for those cancellations can be tracked within the scheduler. Notes can also be entered for each appointment if you so desire. These notes will carry through to the schedule report as well as patient Superbills. With the use of the scheduler, users take complete control. Each scheduler is customized based on the requirements of your practice.
