Mobile Officeware Assistant (MOA)

 

The Mobile Officeware Assistant (MOA) is a Handheld PC application that allows a Physician to capture billing information while away from the office. With the use of the MOA the Physician can track appointments and charges as well as input patient records while away from the office.

The Mobile Officeware Assistant also stores frequently used CPT and ICD-9 codes. Using the features of the Mobile Officeware Assistant a Physician is able to minimize time spent transferring data. Upon returning to the office, focus remains on patient care. A simple desktop merge component is used to apply new and changed patient records to the Officeware database. The merging process allows for the billing office to review all imported charges for accuracy.

The Mobile Officeware Assistant effectively eliminates the stress of running from location to location while trying to keep track of daily patient schedules and charges. Gone are the days of pieces of paper tucked into pockets and "lost" charges.
