Training
We work with you to ensure that your staff is comfortable with our software. Our trainers will do an initial in-person training to walk your people through our scheduler, checking patients in and out, and posting charges. We will also walk you through claim submission. We provide follow up training to ensure that your staff is functioning well with our software, take you through posting payments, and familiarize you with our built-in reports. A reference manual is provided for each user.
 
Support
With our support program, you have live telephone support. We also provide our clients with any updates to the software. You will never have to purchase the "next version" of our software. Updates are at no additional cost to you.
