I want to thank you for introducing me to the NEXSYIS Officeware for Physicians Practice Management System. Since it was implemented, the improvements in my practice have been beyond my greatest expectations. I was impressed with your quick install time and couldn’t believe that you were able to put in a new network and computers over a weekend. Your on-site training allowed my office staff to remain productive during the transition. Also, by training on-site, my staff was trained using “Real World” examples and there was no confusion from my staff when the training was completed.
Since I installed the new system, I have seen my outstanding accounts receivables drop significantly and my cash flow improve greatly. With the advanced reporting capability your system has, my billing manager is able to stay on top of the claims process much better and notices outstanding claims faster. Another area of improvement is in statement processing. Because your system process is so easy to use I am sending out statements each day, not at the end of the month. By doing this I have noticed an increase in payments in my first mailing cycle.
My office manager recently commented to me that “this system was written by someone that has felt our pain.” She has told me that she is once again enjoying her job because the burden of dealing with a system that can’t meet our needs is gone. I also can’t believe that every time we have called your support line a person answers the phone and not just any person, someone who can actually answer our questions!!
When you talk to a doctor and they can’t believe what you are telling them please have them call me anytime and I will let them know firsthand that this is truly a great system.
