Security policies and procedures. Many DRP agreements restrict the information you are permitted to share with external parties. We put security systems into place and customize our software, NEXconnex, to keep you in compliance. When external parties request that you install software, we review those programs to ensure that they do not violate the privacy and security of your financial and customer data.

First-call support on all systems. We are the single point of contact on all technology systems in your business. This includes computer systems, estimating applications, phone systems, copiers, projectors, and any other technology components that are a part of your business operations. We will delegate and follow up with the appropriate party for those components we do not directly support.

Wide-area network. Your wide-area network consists of data lines, routers, and firewalls necessary to connect your locations and deliver internet access and security. We research, recommend, and participate in the acquisition, installation, and operation of networks and components.

Internet, Intranet, and E-Mail. We install and support the hardware platforms and applications necessary to implement these systems in your organization.

Computing equipment and software. We support and maintain all of your computers, servers, and peripherals. We have expertise and resources that allow us to troubleshoot and repair any equipment or software. Should a computer fail, we ask that you plug in its replacement and we’ll take it from there.

External interfaces. We develop custom interfaces between our NEXconnex software and your external partners (CSI Providers, rental companies, Fix Auto, CynCast, 401K Provider, etc.) allowing you to exchange data in a timely and secure fashion.

Estimating systems. Undoubtedly the most complex and specialized component of our services offering, we provide installation and troubleshooting for all of your various estimating systems and associated web-interfaces. While external IT service providers rarely have the technical knowledge necessary to install and troubleshoot these systems, we do this every day for all of our customers.

Data conversion. You may have data stored in legacy systems that you want to relocate. We can easily extract and convert this data into a useful form .
